RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
The practice has a long history of commissions in the residential sector, each house being designed individually to meet the requirements of the project brief. We are well versed in Heritage work, single and multi dwellings, modern, refurbishment and additions and we are members of Archicentre - The Royal Australian Institute of Architects advisory service - ARCHICENTRE.
Having completed residential project for a wide range of diverse clients in all parts of Victoria, producing styles from heritage conservation to ultra modern sea side villas.
The Principal Architect an Accredited House Energy Rater with the Sustainable Energy Victoria for the 5 Star rated dwellings requirements. All computations are conducted in-house.
We are always pleased to see our clients return for another project or to undertake further work on their current house.We recently completed a commission for a client moving to Waterford, Ireland. This project involved considerable consultation with local Planning Authorities, neighbourhood and character requirements. This project has attracted great local interest.
